Please understand that I cannot guarantee any arrival date due to shipping carrier delays beyond my control. Processing time and delivery estimates are posted in each individual listing. Canadian orders do not ship with tracking unless an Expedited upgrade is requested before purchase. Delivery estimates are for informational purposes only so consider this with any time sensitive orders and plan accordingly. Please be patient.
Canada 1 to 3 weeks (for local B.C residents 4 to 6 business days).
U.S.A economy tracked package 2 to 5 weeks.
Please do not leave a "need by date" AFTER you've purchased as I may not be able to accommodate your request. Cancellations can be requested within an hour of purchase. Orders can't be cancelled once they've been processed and packaged. Please read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase. Check that your address is correct. If you have left me a note after purchase and I don't receive a response the same day, orders will be shipped with the original shipping method that they were purchased with.

Custom Orders
I take on selected custom work, depending upon my schedule and if I have the materials in stock. Please understand, I will not copy trademarked characters. Custom orders are paid upfront and are non-refundable.
Wholesale
Yes, I do wholesale on a case by case bases. Please contact me for availability and minimum purchase requirements.
Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are shipped from Canada. For orders that are being shipped as gifts, I do have to include the value of the package on the outside custom form.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please expect lengthier than normal transit times since Covid. Shipping quotes are provided by Canada Post and are quotes only, not guarantees. Sorry, I'm not currently shipping overseas due to service suspensions and lengthy delays. Items will be ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days. This doesn't include delivery times.

Where's the tracking info?
Canadian customers please contact me if you want to upgrade your shipping to include tracking. For rush orders, it's important that you contact me ***prior*** to checkout to discuss a "need by date" so I can give you faster shipping options. Please do not leave a note at checkout after you've purchased as this can slow down your order if I have to get confirmation or bill extra for shipping upgrades. I'm not able to offer overnight shipping. I offer low combined shipping costs if you are wanting to purchase more than one item.
Are your items handmade
Yes, I studied Fashion Design in Toronto and Vancouver. I hand draft my own patterns and have been sewing since I was a child.
Cancellations
Please notify me right away if you need to cancel. Once your order has been processed and package, I'm unable to cancel. Please ask questions BEFORE purchasing. Please understand that I can't hold stock for several days while waiting for a response if you've left me a "need by date" after purchase. If I don't receive a response within a few hours, orders will be shipped with the original shipping method that they were purchased with.
Returns and exchange details
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I will need photos of the damaged item as well as photos of all packaging so I can work out a replacement. I will not accept unauthorized returns. All items being returned must be discussed with me prior to doing so and must be returned in their original condition. Any items shipped back to me using UPS or FedEx will NOT be accepted. Please notify me within 14 days of receipt if you want to do an exchange or return. Ship back within 30 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless I've made a mistake with your order.
Late or Lost items
On occasion packages are held up due to weather conditions, delays at customs or holiday closures. I can only replace or refund missing orders after the requisite 6 weeks for Canada and 8 weeks for the U.S have passed. Lost orders are very rare but postal delays do happen. Delivery dates are estimates only, not guarantees unless you've purchased an Express Post upgrade.
